Awesome place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a nice bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, which I really appreciated. I always look forward to coming back for Christmas.

I was truly taken aback by the incredible breakfast selection, which catered to every taste imaginable. The ambiance of the breakfast area really complemented the meal, making each morning a delightful experience. I also loved my lovely room with a stunning view of the frozen lake and bridge, making for a picturesque stay.

the breakfast was good, but seriously, the tables felt like a cheap diner, and the chairs did NOT go with it at all. I expected an upgrade for my troubles with the cramped bathroom, but no special treatment whatsoever. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

the hotel is a mere few steps away from the Norrbottens museum and Kulturens Hus, making it so enjoyable to explore the city on foot. The breakfast had a wonderful view of the water, adding a scenic start to my day.

The room was enormous and the breakfast was FANTASTIC! ! Perfect for energetic mornings with an extensive selection.

The staff at the front desk were a bit frosty, which put a damper on the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

We loved the spacious family room, felt like we had our own little space. Breakfast was delightful, especially with the kids getting activity packages that kept them entertained. Plus, the location was amazing, near a park where the kids could play.

For dads, it would be great if the garage access was easier.
